  • Buses will pickup guests at 4:00 PM at Praça Dom Pedro IV followed by Torel Palace for the wedding on June 19th.

The shuttles back to the hotels from the reception will be at 12 am and 1 am. Ubers are also available (approx 15 min from center Lisbon)

Please note there will not be transportation to the Welcome Party on Thursday. We recommend taking an Uber (5 min) or walking (15 min).

  • We’re going for summer cocktail at our Welcome Party and Formal for our Wedding. Lisbon’s weather in June is typically warm and sunny, 62-78°F, so lightweight fabrics are great. Check our itinerary page for specific details on each event!

  • We’ve reserved room blocks at Convent Square Hotel and Torel Palace for convenience. Book by March 15th for discounted rates. Check our travel & stay page for details and other nearby options.

  • Portuguese is the official language, but English is widely spoken in tourist areas, hotels, and restaurants. You’ll have no trouble getting around without Portuguese, though locals appreciate a friendly “Obrigado” (thank you)!

  • Absolutely! Day trips to Belém, Cascais, Sintra, Ericeria all offer different experiences. Within Lisbon, go to the National Azulejo Museum (National Tile Museum), explore different Miradouros (Miradouro de Santa Luzia is one of our favorites), eat pastéis de nata, take a food tour or explore the historic Alfama neighborhood.

P.S — check our Things to Do page for curated recommendations & activities!
